Pros
Almost any role can have huge impact at this nascent stage, and if the team succeeds the market potential is enormous. Founders are experienced and have known each other for a long time. The people here are actively trying to build not just a great product, but a great company.
Cons
Early-stage startups require risk tolerance and a comfort with ambiguity. Software is not mature but evolving quickly.
