Pros
Residents are great. A lot of hardworking and talented employees below the management level.
Cons
Management is poorly trained, passive aggressive, and dismissive. They do not appreciate employees. Property Managers treat residents terrible and ignore major issues like roof leaks, flooding, injuries on premises. Employee Incentives are promised but never given. Issues are often hidden from owners. Most of the apartments are mediocre and over priced. Employees are underpaid and overworked. Management has no regard for your life outside of work, the hours you get hired to work are so far off from what you are forced to do, but don’t expect overtime. Residents and employees alike are treated as if they are disposable.
