Flexitime, understanding and caring. Can always speak directly to directors about concerns. Always encouraged to be transparent and open minded. Learnt a lot since I've been here.

Pros
Parallax has established a clear vision and growth plan for the company that provides ample opportunities for its employees to learn and develop personally. This is made possible through the provision of dedicated professional development days and a well-defined framework for career advancement. The company culture is progressive and feedback-focused, led by a caring and empathetic leadership team that prioritises its employees. The work-life balance is excellent, with a fully flexible hybrid culture. There's a strong focus on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), with a balanced gender leadership team. Social events are fun, enjoyable and diverse, not solely focused on alcohol consumption.

Pros
Cannot emphasise enough how great this place is - everyone is so friendly and wants to help, and they make you feel welcome right from the beginning. The work is varied and interesting and the teams are so talented at what they do. Great office space, lots of snacks and it's a really social place to work with lots of company socials going on (but you don't need to feel obliged to go and aren't looked down upon if you don't). Everyone's ideas are valued and you can really make a difference here and affect change. A few reviews have already said this, but it's true, the directors really care, are approachable and transparent, and take an interest in you and your progression and allow you to get involved in things at work that you're interested in even if it's not part of your official role. Work/life balance is valued by everyone from the top down so this is really an important part of the company culture too.

The management team are so unprofessional, and don't have a clue about managing teams. They have no idea on the direction of the business and pick and drop employees as they please if they do not fit into their boys club. Terrible toxic atmosphere, if you aren't liked you don't do well. Run by boys who have never had a previous job and don't know the first thing about business.

Pros
One of the best agencies in Leeds with a great reputation know how to look after their employees. Genuinely care about the work environment and the team within. They attract and have some of the best and brightest talent around. The directors are some of the nicest and caring guys you can meet which was the motivation I had to do the best I could for them and for Parallax.
Cons
The only cons I can think of was that they needed some key vacancies filling but that's not really a reflection on them.
