Pros
Since day one I have felt like my needs and wants were being listened to. Many companies say they care about their employees, but Pareto PPC shows it. From the quarterly mental health days, work-life balance, weekly meetings, training, remote, unlimited PTO, growth opportunities, and honestly the list goes on. I am happy to be a part of such a great company that cares so much. And because they care so much about us it reflects in how the clients communicate with us as well.
Cons
Honestly none. A lot of people say small companies can be a con but I don't see how here. There is ample room for growth and the company is just growing right in front of my eyes.
