Most employees are great people!
Cons
Absolutely no loyalty to employees. Micromanaged to death and way too many hurdles to perform the simplest of tasks. Jobs that should take days, take weeks. These people will chop you off at the knees to make a buck! Witnessed multiple veteran employees terminated to bring in younger lower paid replacements. People are paid and promoted far more on what their last name is, or who you go fishing with. If you aren't in the right circle, you don't have much of a chance.
