Family-run favoritism: This is very much a family business, and if you’re not part of the inner circle, you’ll feel like an outsider. Decisions are made behind closed doors, and family members are clearly prioritized for opportunities and trust. Hostile work environment: Expect to be micromanaged, spoken down to, and publicly corrected—even for things outside your control. Morale is low because people are constantly walking on eggshells. No room for advancement: Non-family employees have little chance for real growth, regardless of performance. Raises, promotions, and even basic respect seem reserved for those with the right last name.
