      Pros

      Working part-time for Partner Plus Media has given me the flexibility that I need for my family commitments, along with being able to read all day! Family time is highly valued throughout the company - I have lost count of the number of times that emergency calls/appointments have interrupted my work schedule and the company have just gone with it. The work ethic among the team is very strong, while the company are also keen to promote an ethos of health and well-being. Management are approachable and willing to listen to ideas. The environment can be fast-paced with various different departments, but we're all part of the same team & valued equally.

      Cons

      Being a worldwide company, with offices in different time zones, means that working hours are not the normal 9 to 5.

      I love my job!

      Pros

      I've been with Partner Plus Media for over 7 years now and I love my job! Every day brings something new. The team I work with are really friendly and very talented at what they do. The management are great to get along with, approachable, understanding and treat everyone fairly. They are generous with incentives to motivate staff throughout the offices and are always coming up with fresh ideas to keep the company moving in the right direction, striving be the best they can possibly be. It's been an amazing journey from where we were 7 years ago to where we are today. In terms of personal development, I started off as a Junior and have progressed to become the Head Designer. I'm very excited to see where we will go in the next 7 years!

      Cons

      The hours aren't your normal 9-5 which was strange to adjust to at first, but now I find it great having that bit of extra time to yourself in the morning to get ready for the day ahead.
