Freedom & Responsibility

Pros

PartnerCentric's value is in its people. Everyone who works here is well-versed in the affiliate space and is passionate about what they do. PC is a 100% remote organization but does a great job in leveraging communication tools to keep everyone connected & feel like a cohesive team. Being remote is great. Employees are not expected to work a 9-5 as long as they are able to get their work done. Resulting in the perfect balance of freedom and responsibility. Additional Benefits: -Mobile phone allowance -Gym membership reimbursement -Unlimited PTO -401K Match -Great health benefits

Cons

Internal communication can be difficult at times. Though everyone from the top of the organization down can be reached easily, sometimes it is hard to know who to turn to for specific answers. That said, everyone is extremely responsive and willing to point you in the right direction.

Pros

- While every employee works remotely, they've managed to create a culture that promotes employee bonding and open communication. - Excellent benefits - Amazing coworkers - everyone is an expert in their field, dependable, and always happy to help when needed - Extremely supportive management

Cons

- Working from home is not for everyone. It requires self-motivation and the ability to separate your work from your private life. The on-boarding process for new hires can also be a little confusing at first. - Adding family to insurance can be costly

Pros

PartnerCentric has recently encouraged growth within the company with a number of promotions from within the company. There are a number of other benefits associated with working for the company that encourage growth, but the recent promotions have clearly demonstrated their passion for development and career growth.

Cons

As a remote operation, the company uses great systems for maintaining communication, but miscommunication and lack of communication sometimes does occur. It is certainly only occasional, and I have observed similar issues in traditional, non-remote, companies.

All of these 5-star reviews are deceiving

Pros

-100% remote work -Genuinely smart and nice people in the ranks

Cons

-Numerous firings were made public to the agency; thinly veiled attempts to seemingly instill fear about keeping one's job if not deemed a "culture" fit. -Speaking of culture, it was apparent that you would be considered a favorite if you propped up the egos of leadership. -Very little training and advancement opportunities. Raises and bonuses were pretty much nonexistent. Compensation, in general, was handled unprofessionally. -There was no dedicated HR person and it was often unclear how to handle questions or issues. -Messy business operations. Agency-wide communication of key initiatives was careless and confusing.

Pros

Flexibility Family Oriented Work From Home Unlimited PTO Everyone in leadership is very understanding of parental responsibilities & encourages employees to focus on their families. With that comes a lot of flexibility.

Cons

Not seeing coworkers in person may be a con for some but has not been for me. There is plenty of communication amongst coworkers every day to ensure you feel connected.

Pros

- nice team members, my direct manager was kind - work/life balance was decent

Cons

- Leadership team is not driving effective strategy and has a biased view of team member performance and contributions to the company - Zero communication on critical updates that directly impact the team, leaving most of us in the dark - A lot of favoritism and for such a small company, there are a lot of politics in between departments and teams. - Growth trajectory and professional development are not prioritized
