      Excellent medical, dental and optical insurance, referral for recommendation, 50% match for 403B

      Cons

      clickish, 50% match for 403B but you cant get it out unless for education, eviction or medical bills and management has to approve it.

      Teams are close nit and supportive. Clinical director and Psychiatrists are wonderful. All around great people and a great culture. High expectations can make it a bit stressful but the day goes by quickly
