Cons
Management is incompetent especially the company's CEO who is known to be dishonest. The CEO has no idea what she is doing and when things go wrong which they will because of her decision making process, she will shift the blame on other employees. Tons of pressure. Lots of politics and employees are viewed as disposable at every level of the company. Everyone back stabs everyone else and scapegoats are made to ensure others look good. Some people at the company starting with senior management keep on changing plans without any heads up and many times they don't answer their emails so that nothing is documented. Senior management stated many times that anyone can do the work and if you don't like your job, there are other people who will do your job. It's a waste of time and energy to work here and you are expected to work long hours which means that work-life balance is non existent. If you do not care about your respect, and you don't care about your dignity or self worth then Party Expert could be a good place to work, otherwise stay away from this place.
