Pros

None whatsoever. HR are not even qualified to do their job

Cons

Will work you to the bone, no regards for mental health or providing support on workload, family run business, dodgy and fraudulent. Will get all they can out of you and then show you the door with no reasoning.

Pros

Quite literally none, this place is horrible

Cons

Management are absolutely awful. The company itself is dodgy and ran by the CEO, his friends and children. There is no room to progress here. The HR advisor (who is the CEOs daughter) does not even have a CIPD qualification. Things are discussed informally in the office amongst the CEOs children and they pridefully make it known that their dad owns the company. Processes are not followed correctly and the contract itself is almost demonic. Management openly talk poorly about other employees also. Please save yourself and avoid this place. For a company that functions so poorly, it's insane that they expect staff to come in fully equipped when they can't even provide adequate training.

Pros

None only care about saf n family and good at fraud

Cons

My experience with Pathway Group was very disappointing. From my perspective, senior leadership seems more focused on financial outcomes and personal recognition than on the wellbeing of staff or the needs of learners. Communication with management often felt one-sided, and many concerns raised by staff and learners did not appear to be taken seriously. This created a frustrating environment where people felt undervalued and unsupported. A training provider should prioritise education quality, learner success, and staff welfare. Unfortunately, in my experience, those priorities did not seem to come first. I hope the organisation reflects on feedback from staff and learners and makes meaningful changes.
