Pros
The only real positive about this company is that they have a fully stocked kitchen, So you can snack away if you so incline. Some of my peers were fun to work alongside and share our misery together.
Cons
The salaries that are offered are not equivalent to the work load you are expected to handle. What they tell you during the interview process, and what actually happens when you start working is worlds apart. This is one of those bait and switch companies and not just with employees but with practices too. Everyone who is an employee in this company is over worked. There is zero work life balance. It couldn't be more obvious that the employees here are miserable at the very least. Higher ups seem to not have to be in the office but half the time, while employees are required to be. Having to lie to practices about different things is not cool, and was one of the major reasons why I stopped caring about this job. When I started working here I looked at opportunities for growth, but what I quickly discovered was that PatientFi is not expanding, they are contracting. I am not sure what has happened since I left last year, but I would imagine its more of the same.
