Toxic environment. Did not feel supported in growth. For the amount of work you’re given to do, salary should’ve been higher. At multiple times, felt under-appreciated and under-valued when putting in any extra effort. Management and seniors need to be more receptive to feedbacks and changes. Power trip from upper levels. Unorganized work structure. They will tell you that they will do their best to help you to improve/succeed then turn around and act another way. Management needs more training.

Engineering management was bad for a while and got worse in 2021 - They create Toxic and Biased environment (If you are good at faking your capability and you can get in the group) - The engineering is so bad that ALL members from one crucial engineering resigned in a period of 2-3 months, And who ever is hired resigns with in days if not weeks (even with attractive salary) - The senior management team is not bothered with what is going on with engineering management. They hired managers who are not fit for their roles. A lot of important people from other departments are leaving. Stay away from the company.
