Fantastic company with huge amounts of talent. Interesting work and a good selection of projects to work on, from large blue chip, to smaller Companies new to Maximo. Management are very approachable and treat all employees fairly.

Having grown organically from a small company, created by experts in the Maximo space, Peacock has retained the family-feel of its origins. Staff are encouraged to stretch themselves and given the freedom to suggest ideas, innovations and changes to processes and mindsets. Peacock are open to discussions around flexible work locations making it a welcoming environment for all walks of life. Office facilities are outstanding and staff are well taken care of when working on site. Overall a friendly, welcoming company with great owners and co-workers, offering a chance to develop and grow personally and professionally.
