If you’re thinking of working (or investing here) DON’T. The ship is controlled by the CEO who doesn’t know the first thing about talent management. I don’t know much about the brand side but the talent management side is such a train wreck. It’s currently being run by employees that are doing their best to meet the continuously changing demands of the CEO. The unprofessional behavior I’ve seen here is horrible. Don’t let the flattery and shiny ideas talk you into working here. Everything is ALL talk and no action. The only action they seem to take is giving pay cuts to the hardworking employees and offering SUBSTANTIAL some questionable raises to others who can barely answer an email…
Expectations seem to change weekly depending on the CEO’s mood. Some weeks you’ll be told to have a 40 talent roster, other weeks they’ll want to cut your entire roster. The narrative always changes making this an utterly exhausting place to work. HUGE red flag.
There isn’t a single employee who isn’t thinking of leaving this company. The turnover rate should tell you enough. The CEO has pushed away all of his hardworking employees with his sketchy and unprofessional behavior. If your gut is telling you this place is shady, it’s because it is. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
