Very professional and dedicated researchers. Kind, supportive colleagues with strong skills, talents, and industry knowledge. The research team is hard-working, collaborative, and always willing to help. Colleagues are the strongest asset of the company.

Cons

Management culture can be toxic and demotivating. Feedback from management is often negative and focused on blame rather than guidance or support. There is little personal approach from leadership — employees are rarely asked whether they are managing their workload or need help. Communication tends to be one-sided, with criticism not accompanied by constructive feedback or clear development guidance. Team spirit is not actively encouraged by management, which creates a stressful and unsupportive work environment. Employees may be let go based on managerial preference rather than transparent and consistent performance standards.
