Pros
Great benefits. Clothing allowance, insurance, flexibility its all good. And best of all for me is the policy of not holding anyone back for seniority. "If you do the work, you get the pay" this place really is all the union benefits without the dues and politics.

Pros
Feels like a big family, good pay, lots of not listed benefits. Seriously fun people to work with, every day feels new and exciting. Feels like a place to make a long term career. ESOP is pretty cool too. Tons of opportunities for growth and learning. All around the best place I have ever worked.
Cons
No performance feedback, can sometimes feel like baptism by fire, some favoritism and lack of communication.
