      Pros

      Promises, promises, promises that never come true. I should have trusted the reviews and never work here.

      Cons

      Worst company I ever came across. No employee recognition, backstabbing, bad faith, incompetence (OMG), avoiding responsibilities for management decisions made by management, firing for no reasons (eliminating qualified peers).

      The pay is somewhat decent. The location in bigger cities is nice. Ability to travel for work.

      Lack of training Management has favoritism Coworker sabotage Poor communication Sexism Management only cares about filling their pockets Lack of job security Management will not take complaints or issues seriously when things are reported Hostile working environment
