Friendly work environment with lots of fun people. Certain sections have an incredibly strong culture that supports and uplifts their resources and make the job a joy to work at.

Cons

Upper and middle management talk the talk, but really uses the company culture as a tool to keep the resources in line under the auspices of "Accountability" and "Ownership" but when it comes down to it, those values aren't really meant to be shared outside of management, and it shows. Pennant also consistently underpays it's resources. It's the primary cause of turnover. Leadership has stuck their fingers in their ears every time this is mentioned. The pay is embarrassingly bad for most positions.

Excellent exposure to different people, when you have your core people and you figure out what everyone does it can be very exciting to come to work and make movement.

Cons

No clarity within the organization. High expectations zero clarity and if you are not within the "it" group your knowledge is not taken serious and you will be expected to work 24 hrs a day
