      Pros

      25 days holiday per year, flexi time is buildable, working from home options to all permanent staff

      Cons

      can be quite an isolating place to work, high staff turnover, office politics since a team from a sister company joined, allocation times can be over a year for clients case to be investigated, there aren't any staff socials.

      Pros

      Flexi time - TPO has a great flexible working scheme, you can flex your hours between 7am to 7pm and work from home 1-3 days a week, there is a real work-life balance here. Development - they are really keen to progress employees and give them opportunities to learn and grow. Office - the office is really nice and modern with a good canteen Sociable - previous reviews say that there are not many social events, but there have been quite a few since I've been working here, people are really friendly and willing to go out after work for social events.

      Some of the systems could be updated, but this is in progress

      Good benefits - You must be resilient to work here for the wrong reasons - expectations of having to be correctly educated write a certain why do not embrace diversity genuine passion
