Thank you for taking the time to write this review which is clearly constructive and aimed at educating us on where we go well and where we don’t.
It’s great that you feel you are fairly paid and you get the chance to develop and grow as a person and you are right! It’s our international environment and our commitment to it, that make it easy to do so.
On the other hand, as a startup with 3 years in the ecosystem and an immense amount of effort being put into launching Penta into the market some processes might have slipped through the cracks. That’s why we are now focusing on building our infrastructure in terms of Tech to make sure that we pick up the pace and smooth things out.
In regards to the management and professional growth remarks, we are working hard as HR to be able to put in place a clear career path, which is planned to roll out during Q4 2020, and we are implementing leadership coaching for our management to make sure our communication transparency and agility are improved.
