Pros

Great emphasis on diversity and flexibility, very family friendly and everyone is really helpful and approachable. Management treats you with respect and is always there to help and guide you.

Cons

I can't really think of any as this is the best place I have worked in so far (15+ years as a CSM)

A really great team

Personally I love working here. The team I work with is strong, it feels like almost everyone is very good at what they do, and I feel valued by management. The salary I started on wasn't amazing but I got a payrise quickly and generally have been made to feel appreciated.

Cons

Can be stressful at times (especially just before the launch of a big project). Very fast paced. Not a place for hand-holding, you have to be comfortable being independent and making decisions.

However, if you ever feel like you need some additional support, don’t hesitate to discuss it with your line manager or even speak to HR who have a wealth of wellbeing resources that may help.
