      Pros

      From the moment I began my journey with InVision I felt supported and encouraged to reach my goals. There is a real sense of genuine care and everyone is passionate about the success of the company and their peers. Working in a transparent and agile environment means I don't get bored and am always having things to focus upon The owners are very focused on investing in their people and trust is given. You're given the freedom to work autonomously and your opinion and ideas are valued and encouraged

      Pros

      The culture! InVision are winning awards from Great Place to Work and Glassdoor, and they’re very much deserved. A lot of written communication is completed in Slack channels in front of everyone else. It’s a great way to understand what’s going on in the business, and allows your colleagues to jump in and easily support you. The onboarding process is very comprehensive and useful. The people make the company and I had a great experience with them all. I would recommend working for InVision.

      Cons

      Maybe a few growing pains as work on sticking with a flat hierarchy/organisation chart, but also having roles of different seniority. I am sure it will all work out. Agile development/processes can be hard to keep up with as the product constantly evolves. Functionality can appear, move, or be removed.
