The worse

Pros

No pros at all in such a worse management

Cons

The company enforces overtime, shows no respect for employees, offers no work-life balance, and provides no leave options. Have no Hr in the office and the management gets more worse when there is some event. Do not give you a job profile that has to be followed just give you random things to do everyweek

Pros

Good Exposure to the Industry A good start for your career as you get to work under pressure here which will make you strong. Communication skills will improve but not to give them the credit, you will learn it yourself

Cons

Poor Management. Salaries are always late. You will have to learn everything by yourself and if you go with a doubt they will question your capabilities and demotivate you. If you’re coming late they will deduct it from your salary but if your working overtime they won’t even consider. When the events are closer they will ask you to work on sundays and overtime with the promises of paying you double salary which is a total scam! You have to multitask and do the jobs of 5 different profiles and if you can’t do well in even 1, they will make you feel good for nothing! You have to cover work trip expenses and wait months for reimbursement. Directors are very impatient and ungrateful. Hostile/Toxic Environment.
