Pros

great teammates, work was interesting, semi-flexible work schedule/environment

Cons

low pay, horrible office environment (i.e. foam coming out of chairs, bad lighting causing migraines), SUPER micro-management, leadership not invested in employees, only person driving sales activity in entire company, was told to not ask question in any circumstance unless routed through CEO, no 401k, terrible benefits, not diverse at all, no formal onboarding.

Pros

Really not much to say here. Good entry level role into recruiting to gain experience and they hire people with no direct recruiting experience, which is hard to find. You learn a lot of basic recruiting skills that you can carry with you

Cons

The CEO, who is essentially everybody's direct manager and extremely toxic and manipulative. This is an individual with a huge ego who has wrongly ended up in a leadership role for which he never should have been hired. This role destroyed my mental health, caused directly by treatment of the CEO. He is a huge micromanager who does not receive feedback well, if at all. He gaslit several different employees on many different occasions, and has no care for the humanity of the people he employs. On multiple occasions he put his employees at risk for COVID by not taking necessary precautions as well. This is a man who only thinks that he is right, and will lie, manipulate and insult you until you've reached your wits end and need to leave. No job is worth being subjected to this horrible man.

Pros

Percy is a great starting point for those that are interested in being a recruiter but may not have prior experience. The company paid health insurance & MBTA pass were nice perks. There are experienced middle managers that have been with the company for several years that truly drive the business and are a great resource for new hires.

Cons

Percy's CEO drives a toxic culture, is reactive to feedback, and can be confrontational. Wildly unprofessional in his ability to control emotional outbursts, and will later apologize only to have the cycle repeat itself again and again. I worked with this individual for 9 months and enjoyed the people and the progress made but working in this environment was the most negative professional experience I've ever had in nearly 15 years in the workforce.
