Pros

Young, agile company with a healthy culture that rewards hard work and encourages employees to take initiative. Inclusive, global team with staff members from around the world. Positive culture for young professionals who want to work Input welcomed from employees at all levels of the company, from all departments -- and with a reasonably flat management structure there is little space for ego. A great place for hard working people with an interest in coffee. Good training and individual development opportunities. Plenty of opportunity for employees to have autonomy/ownership of projects after a comparatively short amount of time at the company.

Pros

Perfect Daily Grind (PDG) is at the forefront of its field, creating and catering digital marketing strategies, content and results for businesses in the coffee sector.

Cons

The only con of PDG is that the coffee world is constantly evolving, so the work never stops! However, this create a very energetic and exciting environment.
