There are so many, where to begin? Let's see, the turn over rate it beyond ridiculous. They treat their employees like they should be eternally in debt to the company for the stressful, pathetic pay positions they give them. You work hard just to be treated like a worthless bum and watch slackers get promoted. A quote from a lead "I love my job, I get to sit around and do nothing for most of my shift". It's the worst job I have ever had! Upper management changes like the weather. They set their expectations well beyond anyone's abilities so they cannot pass a review and get pushed out the door as quickly as they came in.
The brag about all the opportunities for growth and advancement, well there is room for growth, however once you move up you get over worked for the way you are treated and compensated for, then once you make so much they either fire or demote you. At Ptel you are just a number in their large pool. Their only concern is making money and they don't care what they have to do to make it. If you don't impact their bottom line, you are nothing to them and they will treat you as such. They work itself is awful as well, you get paid just above minimum wage to get screamed at and insulted in every way throughout your shift.
If you want to work for a company that will pay you as little as you can and treat you like trash then I would recommend applying here. Otherwise, take this advise, look elsewhere! I wouldn't even recommend working there to the people I don't like.
