Pros

a paycheck, they'll hire anyone, just started 401K benefits, opens doors to other financial services positions, that's it, use this company as a gateway job

Cons

This company, along with the direct company you will be working for, T Rowe Price, works you to the ground, get a monthly coaching every month to only focus on what you're doing wrong. Insane metrics that you won't be able to catch up with unless you pick your items to do so, then get fired for doing so anyways since you're supposed to do high value monetary transactions with a lot of requirements in under 13 minutes (again, they use the typical "this job is not for anyone" line to pressure you into leaving or processing at a faster rate so you'll mess up and get fired anyways, every avenue leads to getting fired). Also, racist supervisors and co workers on the floor, no opportunity in this department, once you're in, you are stuck. Don't be fooled, they are ALWAYS hiring for a reason (;

I want to thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate and value all current and former employees providing feedback. Each department has metrics and these are based on an average of what current employees are doing. Some items may take 2 minutes and some items make take 25 minutes, but they should average out to the metric we have set. When an employee is hired, each employee is given 5-6 weeks of training. After training, we have step down goals that gradually lower over 30/60/90 days. At the end of the 90 days, you are expected to be meeting the metrics. During this time, we perform monthly 1x1 meetings to review both positives and areas for improvement. If there is a specific area that needs additional coaching, we provide sit ins by our Team Lead to give additional training on those areas. If you are not meeting the metrics at the end of 90 days, we develop a formal Performance Improvement Plan. We then work through the next 90-120 days to provide additional time and coaching to get you where we need you to be. After 6-7 months, if you are not meeting metrics, we or you may feel this particular department is not a good fit for you and that is fine. As long as you are an employee with good attendance and adherence, we would then work with you for possible lateral moves to other departments that may be a better fit for you. There is also upward mobility to Team Lead, Supervisor, and Manager positions for those that wish to take that path. We always promote from within as we feel it is important that our management understands what it takes to do the job. I also want to thank you for pointing out our new 401k plan. We continually review our benefits package to enhance it. In addition to insurance, employee recognition, and paid time off, we are proud to have added a 401k plan this year. This plan is something we implemented based on employee feedback. We are hiring on a regular basis because we have experienced rapid growth and we have more than doubled our workforce during 2020. We are always looking for great employees to join our team! Performance Dynamics is celebrating its 20th Anniversary in business this year and, as owners, Gary Hayes and I truly take to heart all insight and feedback that will make PD a better company for everyone. I welcome you to reach out to myself or Gary personally to discuss this further-our door is always open. Shirley Brown-Berchou, CEO
