Since Covid our business processes and actual jobs have been streamlined - the day-to-day is more productive and manageable. I'd say I enjoy recruitment more now!
PP have invested in our marketing, equipment and most importantly TEAM.
We have fully flexible hours and a 4 day working week now. Not many people in recruitment can say that?
Cons
Remote working - a lot of the team work remotely and this certainly won't be the right working style for everyone.
