      Pros

      A high conviction and value-oriented structure of the business, which gives a sense of belonging particularly given the nature of the interview process. Management incentivises ownership from bottom up which makes for an autonomous and self-fulfilling atmosphere. The company recognises achievements loud and clear. Roles and responsibilities are not silo'd which allows employees to move around within the company to learn and develop new expertise.

      Cons

      Your growth, learning and development comes from an individuals want or desire to succeed at Perpetua. The company could be better at recognising growth potential, and working with their junior employees to create a better roadmap of where they want to take their careers. Strong need for values and a lengthy interview process means that much talent is shunned because of alignment.
