      Good location and decent compensation. Good learning experience and decent people.

      Cons

      Management is sub-par and communication is lacking leaving room for mistakes and incompetencies. The learning culture is to cover your own tail while gently strobing the intelligence of entitled acquisitions. Like a revolving door employees come and go.
