      Hired quickly, friendly coworkers, generally seemed at first to be exciting

      Cons

      Was verbally abused, received ableist treatment, not provided any real support or guidelines on how to succeed and was terminated without any warning or improvement plan or otherwise desire to actually invest in their employees. I was not the only one.

      Pros

      I can sleep in now that they fired me.

      Cons

      Serious communication issues, training is extremely lacking, as no metrics of measuring my performance were even mentioned before or after I was terminated. When I asked for my own HR records I was denied. Low pay, unrealistic expectations, and left feeling discriminated against by Petscreening.
