Pros

Co-workers, connecting with the teams at each dealership.

Cons

Promised a raise for months that I never got. Micro managed, when he didn't even know what was happening most of the time. Your expected to give and give but get nothing in return. New hires are not trained enough for the amount of work they want you to do. Several more reasons... Most importantly if you have kids this is not the job for you. They have no consideration for this.

Pros

-view of the airport -maybe meet a couple other decent people

Cons

-lack of morals/ethics toward customers and staff -inadequate training accross the board -payroll errors, delay in processing, payscale changes. You have to micromanage your every move and minute to make sure they pay you correctly. -favoritism- their ‘promote from within’ efforts resulted in a ‘boys club’ type of environment from my experience -good staff are heavily throttled because upper management DONT/CANT pay attention, theyre too busy trying to keep their head above water to make progress -lack of real marketing team chokes out the sales teams efforts and causes backed up inventory which then results in lower grosses on units and smaller paychecks -lack of bonuses (holiday, show performance, spiffs, etc) -heavy hours -heavy show season with required travel long distance and in bad weather -ugly uniform -disorganization from top to bottom- noone ever knows whats going on, where the owner is, or whats next- dealership managers struggle to make even seemingly basic decisions without the ok of the owner. -micromanagement on all the wrong things -heavily tollerated alcohol and drug use within the workplace, especially during ‘show season’ in my experience. -lack of planning -lack of accountability/proper role assignments -interdepartmental and follow up communication by other departments was a struggle 90% of the time -HR is 100% for the company and not there to help any employees from my and shared experiences. -Job security is not there- there is no real transparency from this ‘family’ on how the business is doing, they surprise employees with buying or closing dealerships, cutting bonuses, changing the payscales, denying raises, etc. -harassment is commonplace if you are a female in my experience -motivation methods were seemingly hateful toward other dealers, and predatory toward customers instead of rooted in confidence in sales ability and product.

Pros

Good group of coworkers, normal hours.

Cons

Service shop repeatedly micromanaged and undermined. Service Manager consumes substances at work and has got into multiple people's faces trying to insult and intimidate. Would not recommend working here.
