      Pros

      The level of exposure a young graduate can get from the firm is immense. There are no restrictions on engineering software tool usage time, and can therefore is the right place for a curious person. Most of the clients are in the Middle East, therefore additional to the engineering design experience, Petrocil helps in increasing the communication and reporting skills which are essential for future growth.

      Cons

      Salary will be low initially, but will increase when the management feels the candidate's competence.
