It used to be the people and the schedule

Cons

DPD is condescending and micromanager. Very rude when speaking to others and large reason why there is a large turnover in the entire state. No 401K even though is days it; Terrible insurance with plans most healthcare folks do not accept. Will change the schedule with no reason given and no advance notice
