Pros
The way they work within the company with clients and candidates is actually what I consider a best practice. From both sides candidate and client, they try to make sure all involved are on board and clear of skills and expectations. Since they have a long history with all the clients they know the ins and outs and if a candidate just isn't right or the client isn't right for the candidate they have no issue stating that. They truly believe in its not what we place but what we do for people that matters
