Pros

The different people you meet (employees - fans), being part of a hard working team, management staff, and the hours available for work.

Cons

Housekeeping the pay is very low, for the amount of hard work put in. Sometimes we only get one 15 minute break for an 8 hour shift sometimes 2. There are no 1/2 hour breaks for 8 hour shifts work. We don't get paid time and a half for working over an 8 hour shift. And there is not a night defriental even if worked after 11pm/12:00am

Pros

Lots of coaches you can learn from. Has one of the top leading MLS academy.

Cons

Not very organized. Staff think they are better than everyone else, even though they are not.
