      Pros

      Didn't see any Pros for this company in India. Recruiting management are very much frustrating and don't know the manners.

      Cons

      Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. management has full control on Appraisal system and policies. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its their fault. Expect to work during weekends / from home without any extra benefit.

      I can say all bad things about this company. They treat their employees as servants

      Cons

      if you are not coming on time they will deduct in your salary, useless work pressure without any reason so be aware before joining..!!!! NO LEARNING, do repeat work each and every time.
