Pros

Central London location; easy to commute to; diversity; they must have been good at negotiations as I wondered how they got funded with such a poor business model Video conf between all offices every friday

Cons

Everything else apart from some great guys met at Phorm; Poor management; unfair dismissal; unclear objectives setting; no feedback before being dismissed; promotion of "friends" only; staff turnover too high

Pros

Lots of travel opportunity. Ability to learn all about ad-serving, ISP infrastructure, advertisers / publishers / data management / the entire ad tech ecosystem, really. Ability for rapid upward expansion if willing to work 15+ hrs and make it your life. Great group of coworkers. The salary was pretty impressive.

Cons

Senior mgmt had a bad habit of making people feel very bad and completely destroying morale and confidence. If you were "in", then you were in and could do no wrong.
