Overall nice friendly staff to work with at the Headoffice...not so much anywhere else

Cons

From the start (day 1) you are left to figure out how to do things. If you come in with a different mindset, you are almost 'told' to do things the 'Pickfords way' I would not recommend working here TO ANYONE!

Pros

Lots of hours available which is handy to save for holidays and Christmas nevertheless to pay bills, also a very vast amount of jobs are acquired so you are never short of work.

Cons

Expected to work well past finish time whenever necessity to do so arises, resulting in little to no home life and soul destroying expectations of packing people's houses. I know this is removals but it's not for everyone.
