      Pros

      The company cares about the employees, and wants us to have a good work-life balance. Growth and development, and inter-company transfers are encouraged: finding the best fit for you; that you want (not what they THINK you want). Compensation is fair, and healthy living and volunteering in the community is encouraged. This company has given so much back to its community, and has a product that helps save lives!
