      Ability to control how you work and which tasks you prioritize

      Micro-management, poor leadership, lack of care for employees, very low retention rate/high turnover rate, overall a very negative work environment where everyone attempts to pin blame on one another rather than fix the issues at hand

      Pros

      Beautiful product. Corporate leadership is headed in the right direction in trying to change the culture by putting people first and making it a place people WANT to work.

      Cons

      Biggest issues are a lack of desire to promote from within and a lack of diversity in leadership. From middle management on up there seems to be a lack of desire for minority managers.

      To many parts issues. Poor communication with leadership. No skill based pay. Need to upgrade the retirement package.

      Younger leadership emerging. Moving onto new ideas and more humble management. Feel like you're part of the team. Even the President knows your name.

      I don't have any. Of I had to say something I guess the benefits could be better.
