Management made horrible decisions regarding the assembly of a truck and the process when they have never actually built one. Managers wouldn’t stick up for his/her employees. Very money driven company. You feel like a number. You are almost always on overtime. You can’t get a raise if you work hard and show up on time every day. I was going above and beyond training new people for a 2nd shift and learned the whole assembly process and still wouldn’t give me a raise. Just the yearly raise they give everyone. No incentive to work then.

There are no cons to speak of.

Terrible work environment, dirty, not climate controlled, horrible management, terrible culture

The pay is not competitive

the time keeping system is a bother to use at first

Very unprofessional and unpleasant work environment for upper management all the way down to the HR department.

The office is very outdated
