      Pros

      Bonuses & using your own time management skills which leads to your own success.

      Cons

      The market place unfortunately forced Pieroth into only trading over the phone, and not face to face. This is a personal negative to me, but not everybody.

      Pros

      Achievable commission targets. Not one day is the same as the other. Support from the manager/regional manager. Leads given to you. Support from the more experienced members of the office.

      Cons

      This isn’t a 9-5 job, there is an element of wine tastings in the evening. You need to be aware of this. May have to travel out of your area if needed- not all the time though. You need to be adept with being on the phone.
