Could be worse!

You work from home, get some tools and a skype number with unlimited credit.

Cons

Uhh where to start!!! You have to bring your own laptop, you work at least 12 hours a day, gender inequality, no benefits, no health insurance, ask for holidays and get a laugh, very very bad management who have no idea where they are going and what they are doing, lots and lots of bulling, watch out for the grins! Still, I would recommend the company, to someone who needs cash and doesnt have a life!!

Failed Leadership due to personal relationships

The top of the leadership openly kept people on the payroll due to the personal relationships the person has. These employee's were contributing nothing, but because she had a personal relationship she stayed employed and it didn't matter how they treated people. It was a very political game nothing was based on performance. This company is a joke.....

No money is worthy the toxic culture Mixed signals everywhere, they simply know nothing about management or work culture every command is contradictive You are on your own 100% which mean they dont care at all about you
