They are willing to teach you how to do the more technical side of the job including estimates and difficult fells.
Cons
If you're a normal person who is used to working with normal people be prepared for a jolt. The tree industry is full of convicts, alcoholics, people on drugs, and people who regularly don't show up for work but get paid more than you when they do. Ping's isn't an exception. The pay starts very low because they know they attract people who need the job instead of want to enjoy the work. Also, if it rains don't plan on working.
