Disrespect and Silence hidden under fun outings
Pros
Their openness about social issues outside the company is nice. Little else to say here.
Cons
The company rarely lets you know how you're doing, doesn't give you information on what to do, underpays employees, and hides it all under the façade of being open and understanding. Hired with the promise of growth, and the ability to have a better pay... Neither were ever provided despite time after time being told they were coming. I was stuck at a pay 30% under market if not more during my entire time here. Meeting after meeting will fill your schedule, and then you'll be told that there needs to be more. There will be no time for what you need to do, if there's anything for you to do at all. Mandatory parties are a must, as they wheel the booze cart around the office to cover up all the other issues.
