      Pros

      If no other career opportunities you may give it a try If you have a job and just looking for growth/career improvement- think twice. Work/Life balance is good

      Cons

      Sub-par management, Turnover is very high, people coming and go after a couple of weeks/months sometimes days. . Busy in the summer months and very slow closer to year end, as a result hours reductions and layoffs are common. The area is full of dust from a timber lot in the vicinity if you are allergic to wood powder/dust take in consideration.

      Always made payroll. Learned what NOT to do for my next job.

      Cons

      Horrible culture, everyone fears for their job. Turnover is exceptionally high. Safety issues are a big concern.

      Great company in a fascinating industry

      Pros

      I enjoyed working in an industry that includes both technology and construction. There is always something new to learn. The job was challenging which for me was a positive thing. Reporting directly to the CEO and upper management has many perks, most importantly the mentoring and being able to learn through example. A diverse company to work for: 100% woman owned and a diverse work force which, in my experience, is a benefit to all.

      Cons

      It's a very competitive industry to work in but that is becoming the new norm in most industries these days. Be prepared for change which is always inevitable. There are no "freebies" here... You must work hard and perform well to earn respect (this isn't necessarily a con, just wanting to put that out there... Please don't come to work for PTI only to collect a paycheck. This isn't fair to the employees who have a desire to work for a successful company).
