      Smaller company with direct access to the owners and Executive leadership for decision making. Tons of opportunity for growth offered by T-Mobile.

      They ask for help with organization, new people and processes, however, they are unwilling to change the way they do business and will never grow larger than they are.

      Lots of learning potential as far as the industries goes. Most of the people I met were eager to share their knowledge and help in any capacity that they could.

      Cons

      Company is going through a lot of changes. Employees are kind of on the edge. Upper management could show more appreciation for their employees.
