Great leadership and flexibility, does require self-motivation
Pros
Smart leadership team. Smart team in general who are great to work with, the hiring bar is high and it's reassuring to know you're with the best. Good flexibility - unlimited holidays and managers treat you like adults to work as you need. Fully remote with options to co-work occasionally which suits a flexible schedule. Expectations are high but you're never asked to do something that SLT wouldn't do themselves. L&D budget for your own learning, not for what Pinpoint wants you to learn, is a genuine plus. Leadership are transparent about the journey which is refreshing. Heavy emphasis on career development and building your CV for the future.
Cons
You need to be a self starter, which does mean it's harder to be 'junior' at Pinpoint. Could have more emphasis on the People & Culture side of the business - socials and cross-team collaboration is harder as a remote team.
